APS RTC should give driver posts to women

First of all, women shud be physically capable of drivin those buses rite?? 
Those RTC buses r so rotten & difficult to maneuvre......its very easy for a woman to drive a car but driving a bus/lorry requires ten times more effort!
It'll be all the more difficult for women to drive such heavy vehicles in traffic.....unless RTC can introduce modern buses w/ more sophisticated technology tat r easier to drive........in Singapore they hav really nice Merc. Benz & Volvo buses, tat hav the feel of a car.......even ladies can drive them!  |

| I dont think that it is difficult for women to drive busses. They dont feel problem to drive even with stomach of pregnancy.

| Government women employs get 3 months leave for pregnancy. I dont think that pregnancy will be problem for women drivers in any way.
