| Hi all,
Many of you suggested and highlighted the need for having multiple moderators at the website. Moderators have lots of responsibilities than just managing the posts made the visitors, particularly guests and new members at the website. This prompted me to hire a dedicated moderator to the website.
Sanjay, a new hire for this website, will be the moderator for the website. Sanjay worked for a leading English Newspaper and had over 12 years experience in Andhra Pradesh and related topics. He was a natural pick because of both his proficiency in english as well as experience and indepth knowledge on Andhra Pradesh.
Please note that we are also actively looking for moderators amongst the members so that they can better manage the website. I'll PM few select members who have made active posts at the website.
Apart from this, I will, personally devote more time in smooth running of the website.
I need your support and together, lets make an insightful thoughts on and for Andhra Pradesh. _________________ I like Tomorrow...

| I am moderator in multiple websites. It is true that websites with multiple moderators only look better. By experience as moderator in multiple websites only i can say so. _________________ People who know much about science become rationalists, people who know much about society and economy become communists and people who have more intrest on cinemas & TV than other issues are useless fellows. |

| Hi all!!
Thanks Webgeek for the brief introduction. I am new to this board. But not to the web or to the discussion boards.. I was just looking at the various topics and posts by you all and am happy that you are really putting a lot of tough in your posts.
Over the next few weeks, I'll try to get the discussions happy and more smoother - no personal flames or blames
Yes. Nadendla. It is true that having more moderators will ease things, particularly for busy websites. Hope webgeek this of this too.

| Religion and caste oriented discussions should be strictly restricted. In many Indian discussions websites, i have noticed such discussions creating fight between people. In past, i too did not think that such discussions are offensive. In this discussions board only one person wrote many times that all the hindus are slaves of brahmins. You may believe or not believe religion but slinging mud on people of other religions should not be allowed. _________________ People who know much about science become rationalists, people who know much about society and economy become communists and people who have more intrest on cinemas & TV than other issues are useless fellows. |
