Supreme court declared that Minister Satrucharla Vijayarama Raju is not scheduled tribe and he belongs to kshatriya community. In past he contested in elections from Naguru(ST reserved) assembly constituency won in 2 times as MLA and also won 3 times as MP Parvatiputam(ST reserved) parliament constiuency. Presently he is MLA of Parvatiputam(General) assembly constituency. All of his family members claimed themselves as kshatriyas in certificates related to them. So he cannot be tribal. His sister Thatraj Narasimha Priya also got bogus ST certificate and became muncipal chair person of Parvatipuram(ST reserved) muncipality.

Satrucharla's sister Narasimha Priya is not removed muncipal chair person post even she became chair person of ST reserved muncipality. Why dont they remove her from chair person post immediately?
