software technology parks of india said that it's gooing to start a centre in kakinada to facilitate IT companies to start their operations

Such center should be also opened in Rajahmundry.

Chandra Babu Naidu had neglected all other cities and concentrated only on Hyderabad. There is nothing wrong in promoting IT companies in small cities like Kakinada.
