Does Vizag also grow like Hi-Tech city in couple of years?. I heard lot of jobs in Hi-Tech city are call center jobs, also the culture is changing there, some companies pay same as US salaries, Is this true?

I dont think that it will take just 2 years. Let it take some more time.
