BSNL broadband service was introduced in towns like Rajahmundry, Bhimavaram etc. In other towns in East Godavari and West Godavari districts also there are many people who want broadband connection and waiting for broadband service for their towns. But BSNL is not fastening the extension of broadband service to other towns.

BSNL is advertising that they have increased the bandwidth of its broadband connections 'upto' 2 MBPS. Did any one observe this?

BSNL unlimited connection is very costly and it costs minimum 9,000. By seeing prices of limited connections, many people are thinking that BSNL broadband is cheap. No ISP company, either it is state owned or private can give 2 MBPS connection @ cheap cost. I tried to introduce cable ISP with Bharti Airtel technical support in my town but unable to do so because of cost factor. 2 MBPS bandwidth for server itself costs Rs 35 thousand. For additional 2 MBPS bandwidth, it costs +30 thousand.
