After RK, woman should be next state committee secretary

After Rama Krishna, woman leader should be next state committee secretary of CPI(Maoist) party in our state. Till now no woman became state committee secretary of CPI(Maoist) party in our state. There are many women members in CPI(Maoist) party but women leaders are less. Women in CPI(Maoist) party must raise upto the level of state committee secretaries. Woman may even become central committee secretary.

Mechanistic thinking may have to be avoided. If women leadership evolves to the status of state committee, they should be appointed by all means.

Women can do great works if we give them chance. Rudrama Devi is one of the good examples for it. I too support giving chance to woman as state committe secretary of CPI(Maoist).
