this to bring notice to all that "MEGHAMATHANAM" is utter fail,i dont know why this gov is still trying it,instead it can wetch the same amount for the another productive projects for formers.

Cloud seeding can be made success if there are no flaws in the project. According to government and company contract, they are doing cloud seeding only in day time. In night time only it is easy to do cloud seeding as night temperature is lesser than day temperature.
