Even today, most of us go to the Public Library. No matter how rich you are, when ever you feel you want to read / scan through all the newspapers of the day, Library is the only place to access them all.

I have been to Chennai recently and have seen the Public Library there also having an Internet cafe with about 15 computers - quiet a good one. The charges are Rs. 8 per 30 minutes and Rs. 15 per hour which i feel are reasonable. I guess our libraries too should have similar facilties - at least in the Head Public Library

In these days lot of information is found on internet. Use of libraries is less. I dont think that introducing cyber cafes at libraries is much profitable.
