Chittoor District Co-operative Bank closing?

There is a news on the bank at http://www.chitoor.com/news/2004/september/chittoor-cooperative-town-bank.php where it was mentioned that the bank is on the edge of panic

Is this true? I wonder what the RBI and the Government are doing when the banks are looting with people's money in a public way.

RBI laws are not so strict. So many private and co-operative banks are bankrupting.

ANY ONE IS THERE TO GUIDE ME HOW TO CLAIM MY DEPOSITS SINCE I AM IN CHENNAI I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE INFORMATIONS PROPERLY MY EMAIL ID saikarthik4u@yahoo.co.in

I can say one thing clearly. If RBI starts liquidation of that bank, court do not interfere directly.
