Why do strikes take place?

I was wondering why so many of them go on strike at a time… Earlier there was Junior Doctors strike. Then there was RTC Unions going on strike. Again Junior Doctors are back for strike yet another time. On the other hand, Singareni Collaries employees too are getting prepared for strike… Why do strikes take place? What are the main reasons for this high strike rate – particularly in Andhra Pradesh and India?

RTC was made diwala with world bank policies. So there is nothing wrong in RTC strike.

In communist countries strikes of workers are rare. Because they give more importance to justice of workers. In India most of the workers face problems as long they work.

Strikes today r nothing but an excuse for time-pass!
Our ppl. r the biggest time-passers on earth sso they jus need an excuse!
The junior doctors' strike was one such thing, nothin more than that! Evil or Very Mad
