It is very sad to hear that the concept of group clashes and rivalry between two groups leads to the death of many innocent people.

Is there any solution to solve this problem? I think that top-political leaders are themselves starting this type of clashes and calmly going away.

In 9 years of rule of TDP TDP encouraged factionism in Rayalaseema. Now Congress won in elections. Now Congress is encouraging factionism. In Rayalaseema factionism is always encouraged by ruling parties.

group clashes do not occur due to political influence, they occur due to selfish or due to ego conflicts of the people involved.political parties only come to take advantage of the prevailing condition, often made vworse by the corrupt police .now to prevent this man has been trying to prevent wars from ww1 with little sucsses.some of the things that can be tried are
1.provide employement so that people are not idle(as u know that idle brain is devils workshop)
2.stop corruption in police force ,so that law and order is maintained.

Every politician should be made responsible for indulging in avicarious acts.Untill people realise their duty to question the " rulers" , things will not change. On the same line police should be given full powers to operate with high profile, interference of politicians in police matters is to strictly avoided. some organisations only pose that they are doing best to resolve worse things, indeed they are not.what is the use of organising such round table discussions, where no conclusion is made.Even those who participated in the debate just do it as their " duty " to speak something.
What is the use of only discussions where there is no implementation ?
people has to realise their responsibility at least now,to avoid fastly decomposing political scenario, and it's impact on common man.
