YOU BETTER TRY OUT NEAR MATHURWADA WHERE THE LAND COST AS ON TODAY IS AROUND 6000/- SQ,YARD. THIS WILL BE AROUND SINGAPORE LAYOUT WHERE GOOD CONNECTING ROADS TO CITY RISHIKONDA IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. FROM THIS NH-5 WILL BE 2 KM AND RISHIKONDA WILL BE 4 KM. TAKE CARE OF VUDA APPROVAL.

What do you think about VUDA requiring all owners of VUDA layout plots to build houses within 6 months or lose the plot? Does anybody know when these layouts were sold? The owners are complaining they can't afford to get bank loans to build houses. VUDA's objective is to stop people acquiring plots for real state business, and provide plots for people genuinely interested in building homes. Do they real achieve this objective with this move? What do you think?

Hi Guys,

Can any one guide me on the prices of apartments in mathurwada area? Or, can u suggest any decent area in vizag where i can buy a flat / house with a budget of 20L (or have the prices gone beyond 20L range?)

Singapore township is coming up near M'wada. You can try those. They are been constructed in such a way that middle class families can buy. They have flats from 1bhk to 4 bhk. 1k per sq mt (i believe). Just go to the site and you can find more details.

Later Green valley township is coming up in Murali nagar, but these only have 3bhk and start from 25L. So better watch out the prices. Vizag will be out of reach of middle class people within 3 - 4 years(very sad development).
