IT CITY COMING UP IN VIZAG

hi,
ya our govt. is very keen to develop vizag as the next IT hub of a.p, IT city is going to come up in a sprawling area of 2,500 acres at madhurawada in vizag on the lines of madhapur in hyderabad. in addition to this ,22 acre area has been given to software biggies like TCS, WIPRO, SATYAM in the old T.B hospital land. Actully vizag is a good city for all activities of IT companies.Earlier nobody was taking care about vizag.now our CM initiated so many good things for vizag.let us see how he can help andhra people.If he is able to complete all the initiated things,then he will be very greatful.
Regarding our former CM babu,he was taking care of hyderabad only,he neglected all others.Vizag is a beautiful and best place for IT development.ok then thanks bye

Vizag already having thirty seven(37) IT companies functioning since so many years having an annual export turnover of 70 crores,

In Bhogapuram, Vizianagaram district, there is a big IT city called Miracle city is coming up in 550 acres with an investment of 400 crores, off course its office is at Vizag, miracle city promises 20,000 jobs in coming one year, and already it employes 500 IT proffessionals.

In vizag at rishikonda government is contemplating a silicon valley with in 2000 acres and it is pressumed that all soft ware giants including oracle, infosis, IBM, and more than another 20 companies vying to start their operations. Already satyam technologoical center started its construction in 50 acres which is first center to come up on beach road.

Government also finalised tenders to construct two IT towers at RK beach to accomodate small and medium IT players and international players.

Government also proposing another IT park in waltair up lands in 25 acres besides Satyam, wipro and TCS coming up at TB hospital junction in 22.5 acres

Government is sure to complete all this keeping in view the encouragement it is receiving from national and international IT players and also hopes to acherive at least 4000 crores turnover in vizag it self within next 3 years.

You must be dreaming about IT boom in Vizag. It is just on paper and it will never come to reality. In fear of Telangana and to boost real estate market, few selfish people announced these projects. Media was big part of this hype.

One must be kidding about MNCs coming to Vizag which does not provide talented human resource capital required. Visakhapatnam does not have have many good engineering colleges and institutes of higher learning.

Now that TRS did not fare well in elections, all these developmental projects will take a back seat. Already the real estate market took a big dip as soon as Municipal elections results were declared.

All the land acquired for these projects will be vacant for a while and will be occupied or bought by some real estate broker at a cheap rate.

Just wait and watch, all my words will come true....
