Who is Babu to talk about amount of exgratia?

Chandra Babu Naidu is saying that Rs 1 lakh exgratia should be given to families of all the suicided farmers. When Chandra Babu Naidu was CM, himself and his minister Ashok Gajapati Raju said that farmers are committing suicides for money and giving exgratias will increase suicides. Now why Chandra Babu is talking about amount of exgratia? His minister Nagam Janardhan Reddy said that farmers are committing suicides by hysteria and they will send psychiatrists for them. When he was CM he followed anti farmers policies and now talking about amount of exgratia. Congress government had already setup panel for giving exgratia to families of farmers who commited suicides. That panel will check whether the farmer commited suicides by financial problems or other problems and then give money. Jokers like Chandra Babu Naidu need not give suggestions about amount of exgratia.

When Congress MLAs demanded exgratia for farmers, they had suspended them from assembly. Now they are talking unnecessarily about amount of exgratia.

Generally we see over actions in cinemas. Other than cinema actors, politicians do over action. Chandra Babu Naidu is one of them.
