| 1. Never give / reveal your true name or identity. Always use a nickname as your Login / User name. However mention your Location (City & State). This will help the person who is replying you back to know about you before replying to your post. Please note that this website will not be responsible for unwated spamming or communication from other sources because of you posting your true identity.
2. Always register as a member. Registration is free, takes just few minutes and you’ll loose nothing. Further more, you get additional privileges and a more easy way to access information. Needless to say, you can join discussions in forums that are open for members only. Posting as a guest member could not always allow members to refer you by name.
3. Never give your Email Id’s when posting messages asking them to reply back to you by email in the discussion board. If someone has some information related to your post, they will always post it back at the discussion board. Giving your Email Id would give access to your email address by spammers (particularly since this is a discussion board). This website does not support or give information about you to any outside website or to spammer. We always value your privacy.
4. Never put unwanted links to other websites (either in the posts or in the signature line). This gives a bad impression to you and distracts users from good discussion.
4.1 Needless to say, the moderator would ban you from the board with or without informing the member. Further, this website could take legal action, including but not limited to filing a police complaint in order to protect the interest of its other members / clients.
5. Use a good Signature line and mention your name (possibly a real name) or some good tag line (proverbs, statements etc). Signature lines are meant to reflect your ideology. Dont put jazzy text or large font text or images in the signature line. They dont really look nice that way. The Administrator / Moderator will remove any links or images from the signature line
6. Don’t send too many PM’s to other members. There is a risk that the other member would permanently mark you as ‘ignored’. If you feel you are receiving any unwanted messages or too many messages from a specific member, please PM the moderator of the same. The Moderators would consider action on the sender which may include suspending the spamming member.
6.1 Please PM any moderator if you need any assistance or if you wish to give your personal comment/suggestion in regard to a specific post. Do not post messages addressed to the moderator for this type of communication.
7. When you are replying to someone's post in general, do not quote' the message. Only use the 'quote' option when you are replying to a specific point of the message. Futher more, only quote the exact section for which you are commenting.
7.1 Posts that are quoted be someone but does not have any user reply in it will be deleted.
8. Be polite and positive. Do not use or refer to members in vulgar language, fowl language, shout at or do bulk postings. Please read the previous messages related to the post before you start posting or replying. Similarly, read your message properly before submitting it. We respect every internet user to this website. Do not refer to any body on their religion, caste or ***.
8.1 Do not put nick names or attach bad works to people in the Government / people at responsible designations. This rule is required in order to meet with the rules, regulations and laws of Governments in various countries.
Ex: Quoting "Chief Minister XYZ is a fascist", "ABC Minister is bad" etc. is not allowed. Instead, recommend what the minister would have done. Ex: "The Chief Minister would have used the World Bank funds in Industrial development rather than on Irrigation" etc.
8.2 Avoid using names of personalities directly. Use generalized statements whenever possible and do not give sharp comments in those situations. Ex: "Film Actresses are going with too much of fashions" instead of "Shreys is doing with too much fashion these days"
8.3 Do not refer names of personalities by their nicknames if the nicknames causes a negative impact in the minds of people or if the nickname refers to racising.
8.4 Do not post messages in complete bold.
9. Do not do a wrong propaganda or join discussions about a topic which you are not completely aware of or for those you do not have any evidence. Please do not mention the names of film stars and politicians in the wrong sense. Doing so would lead you to become liable for damages and even a court case against by them. Please note that this website will not be responsible in any way in such a case and you are completely liable for all the consequences. Mention their names only when it is absolutely necessary and that too in a fair sense.
9.1 Spamming and/or repeated posting
Do not post the same message text in different posts / forums / sub forums. The Admin / Moderator will identify such posts and will delete the same without any warning. Such posts will be dealt with ruthlessly, they will all be deleted. Your nick will be deleted/banned, as will your IP and possibly IP range. We also reserve the right to message the abuse, TOS, and System Administrator of your ISP with complaints. As to any other posts you made before spamming the forums, they are null and void as well. The board software links IPs to nicks, so we reserve the right to delete/change/remove anything you have ever said before.
9.2 Any user or a guest who spams or indulges in bad propaganda will be first warned not to do so.
9.2.1 Making too many similar posts is also considered to be spamming. All duplicate messages will be deleted by the moderators.
9.2.2 In some cases, depending on the severity, the user will be banned and his IP disabled access to the website without any warning message being sent. This Moderators and the Administrator’s decision is final in this regard.
9.2.3 Posts / Replies that are blank and does not have any content will be deleted by the admin. Please double check your post message before submitting it.
10. Please make your Post Title informative, precise and easy to understand. Do not use all Capital letters as post title. This will distract the readers and make it incontinent to read. The moderators would modify the post titles if required in order to make it more meaningful.
11. Discussions and posts made at this website should be related to Andhra Pradesh only. References can be made to other places, states or countries as deemed necessary and only when it fits to the content of the discussion. All posts that do not fit into this will be either locked/deleted by the Moderator.
We recommend the following websites for the respective discussions
www.vizaginfo.net for discussions on Visakhapatnam
www.Asuku.com for discussions related to any general topic not related to Andhra Pradesh.
www.electionsinfo.com/election-information for Elections-related topics
www.banks-atms.com/reviews for reviews on Banks and Banking system
12. Users are encouraged to give an introduction about themselves in the designated section. Please do not just post your website URL and ask the users to visit that to know more about you. Many of us do not wish to move out of the website to know about a stranger!!
13. If there are over 15 posts related to a specific topic, the moderator would consider setting up of a new category and move the posts to the respective categories. This is done for better categorisation and easy use of other members.
Please reply to this post with your comments and recommendations in regard to the rules that govern the posts in this website. These rules and regulations will be updated from time to time.
Together, lets have this website as a forum for voicing our views on Andhra Pradesh _________________ I like Tomorrow...

In private messaging provided in this website also there is chance of spamming. I know some websites which display warning message in private messaging page. There are also some websites which do not provide private messaging. In this website also warning message should be displayed in private messaging page. _________________ In India rich people become more rich and poor people become more poor.
