Bus No-AP11Z 471,WGL1-Action should be taken on conductor

dear sir,

i am submitting that on dated 05-02-2005 i want go from mgbs at hyderabad to wgl in the evening hours about 10.00PM.The bus is ready for leave from the plat form at that time i rushed towards the bus and the driver of the bus has asked me where you want to go?i said i want to go jangaon,and the driver said get in side,i entered in to the bus and sat on a seat in 3rd row.the conductor asked me for the ticket and i told one ticket for jangaon with cat card.at the time the conductor has sit back seat of the bus i am waiting for taking ticket from the conductor with cash.after some bus has started to go out form the mgbs and the conductor has toled me get down the bus .and i asked why should i get down from the bus .he abused me and telling that go in another bus.more over total passingers in the bus is 16numbers only.

the bus no AP11z 471,Belongs to WGL1 Depo.
and i catched the bus after 30minuts due to this i lossed my train this very loss to me mentally and financially.there is one important work at that time.
in this regard i request take action against the conductor and driver.and the action taken by the dept should be published in the news papers for do not repeat the same in futurer.
other wise i will approach consumers court.
therfore the depo manager WGL 1 is requesting to take action against the persons. as early as possible
