Cuber cafes have responsibility of restricting vulgar sites

All the cyber cafes must restrict browsing pornographic sites in their cafes. Some cyber cafes put notice Pornographic sites are restricted. Such notices are not seen in many cyber cafes.

All the internet cafes must install site blockers in their internet cafes. In site blockers they should give the names of offensive websites they know. Site blockers do not allow users to open forbidden sites.
