World Bank to give Rs.13.80 billion to Andhra Pradesh

It looks like even YSR Government too does not have any other alternative other than to make more loans. The World Bank has agreed to give Rs. 13.80 Billions as loan for slum development in Andhra Pradesh.

Every one is bringing loans but who is going to repay them? Any idea?

Productive activities like setting up industries can improve economy of AP. Borrowing loans cannot improve economy.
