Creamy layer should be followed in BC reservations. BC who are having family income more than 2 lakhs per year should be disqualified for reservations. BC associations are opposing imposing creamy layer in reservations. But supreme court said that giving reservations to the people who are financially in good position is against constitution. government should not bother about objection of BC associations. Government must impose creamy layer on BC reservations and give reservations only to the people who are really eligible for reservations.

Creamy layer must be imposed on reservations. Financially developed BCs should be disqualified from reservations. In BCs majority are poor. But financially developed BCs are getting benefited by reservations.

In BCs only few people are financially developed. But in government jobs mostly developed BCs are entering. There is nothing wrong in disqualifying developed BCs from reservations.

Creamy layer must be also imposed on ST and SC reservations. In ST lambada are financially more developed and in SC mala are financially more developed.
