Any future for Sattenapalli

I have 2 acres of land in Sattenaplli. Now I wish to sell it. It costs 10 Lakhs each. Should i wait for some more time or shall i sell it? In future which place will be the more developed? if i sell the land in Sattenapalli, I would like to reinvest the money on the land. Which place should i choose?

wow man, 2 acres 20L aa? u r so lucky, in Vizag surburbs 1 acre costs 2Crs, I really pity u guys. I dnt belong to ur region and dnt knw much, sorry, happy selling.
