The Polavaram project is going to create a record by become the first project to really integrate two rivers. The Polavaram project is aimed at linking River Godavari with River Krishna. When YSR lays the foundation stone and officially declares the works of the project open on 8 Nov. It may be recalled that the River integration projects have been in discussion mode all over the country but not much progress has been done so far.

Telangana leaders are demanding to complete Telangana irrigation projects first before integration of Krishna-Godavari rivers.

In case of the proposed polavaram project consisting both right and left canals completes in time, there is nothing like it. The state will be in a commanding position to export agricultural and horticultural produce. People of AP can really become more rich and will have higher purchasing power.


MAY GOD GIVE STRENGTH TO PRESENT GOVERNMENT TO COMPLETE THESE PROJECTS WITHIN NEXT 5 YEARS
