In Vizianagaram district some candidates are contesting in elections by bogus ST certificates. Parvatipuram MP Vyricharla Kishore Chandra Deo and Saluru MLA R P Bhanj Deo are kshatriyas and they contested from ST reserved constituencies by bogus ST certificates. Vyricharla Kishore Chandra Deo is very rich person. His family is having lot of properties in Vizianagaram district and Visakhapatnam. They gave him ST certificate even they know that he is not ST.

And also Satrucharla Vijayarama Raju and Sobha Hymavaty. Satrucharla Vijayaramaraju is also kshatriya. He contested from Naguru constuency and won some times. He belongs to dynasty of kings of Chinnamerangi. His family lost properties. He entered government job by bogus ST certificate. His brother also joined government job by bogus certificate. Later he resigned to his job and entered politics. He contested in elections by saying that he belong to konda dora community. Nimmaka Jaya Raju who belong to konda dora community was defeated by Vijayarama Raju. Jaya Raju filed case against Vijayarama Raju in court 2 times. In 2004 court declared that Vijayarama Raju is not ST. He contested from Parvatipuram assembly constituency which is unreserved and won in elections. S.Kota former MLA Sobha Hymavaty is also not ST. Her mother is ST. But her father is OC. People should not contest in elections by using mothers certificate or husband\wifes certificate.

Parvatipuram MP Vyricharla Kishore Chandra Deo is not ST. He is kshatriya. In tribals there are no people who fix Deo in end of their name. Some of the tribals fix Dora or Naidu in end of their name. Dora\Naidu means head man. Head men of village or community fix Dora or Naidu in end of their name. They do not fix Deo in end of their name.

Vyricharla Kishore Chandra Deo belongs to family of Kurupam Raja's. He was married to Raja Kumari of Dasapalla near Talcher in Orissa. None of his relatives said that they are tribals and none of them married tribals. Vyricharla Kishore Chandra Deo is one of the richest persons in northern Coastal Andhra. They gave him ST certificate by taking money from him.
