That GO is against women

In Andhra Pradesh there is a GO that pension should not be given to remarried widows of government employes. But husband of a government employ can get pension even after second marriage. According to our law widow is having right for remarriage. That GO is against constitutional rights. Government should remove that GO.

That GO was made in time of TDP. Now TDP is not in power. Congress government should reomove that GO made by TDP government.

Governments should respect constitution. They should not take decisions as they like.
