Hi,

How good the flats at IJM between Guntur & Vijayawada ? They are constructing phase wise....!! Whether it has got demand or not ?

How much each square feet in that area currently ?? If this gets click
may be in future they are planning L&T is going to come in between Guntur & VIjayawada. And Shopperstop they are looking for place to start new showroom in between these.

If these all gets click, I don't think it will take much time to merge these cities ?? then... it will be twin cities !!!

hi...

there are many townships coming between guntur and vijayawada..
this all are going due to telangana movement...
to club vijayawada and guntur will not happen in a night..
the govt had to take some decissions and it had to establish some rojects between vja and gutnur...but todate there is no that type of decission taken by govt..
an the shopers stop between vja and guntur is not possible
because the areabetween guntur andvijayawada is like forest .there is no fulfeldge residential development near to highway...
vijayawada people will not come to shopers sto[p by traveling 15 kms...there is so man shoping complex coming to vja and guntur...already we had m&m , d.b.r , magna and so many...
but the area wil develop definetly but it takes some time
but it is better to get a plot between this area....
bcoz uda wants to develop amarvati township in mangalagiri ...and this project is taken by some austrailan company..and there is a proposal of i.t park in mangalagiri and in international scool in mangalagiri
definltly it takes 5 years to cpmplete all this projects..
so we have to wait some time to club this twinn cities

Actually to become twin cities of Guntur & Vijayawada, this process is happening from last 20 years... after announcing either telangana or Tier Two Cities these cities got more impact for developing.

It will not merge with in a night !! But as long as these Private companies are coming up (IJM, L&T and etc) automatically government also initiates some projects automatically.

Shopperstop they are planning to launch the showroom... they are looking for the right place. It is not just between Guntur & Vijayawada.

So there will be a good growth in soon between these two cities !!
