There is regulator at Thotapalli on river Nagavaly which was constructed long ago by britishers. That regulator is serving Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts. That regulator became too old. They should construct barriage in place of that regulator and construct some more canals from that barriage so that it will increase agriculture in draught hit areas of Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts.

Thotapalli regulators water strorage capacity is less. Constructing new barriage and constructing more canals is good idea.

YSR is spending more money for major irrigation projects and neglecting minor irrigation projects. Congress party must change CM of AP. Then only AP will develop more.

High court gave judgement against Pulichintala. Hope that now YSR also concentrate more on minor projects.
