Real Estate buzz now in Vijayanagaram too

Post subject: Real Estate buzz now in Vijayanagaram too |  |
| I was going through various regional websites and one new thing i am observing is that the real estate boom is soon spreading its wings to Vijayanagaram too.
Even after the Volkswagen deal is off, the prices in Visakhapatnam did not see any down turn. Vijayawada is always a silent hot bed for real estate.. and now smaller town such as Vijayanagaram too is getting some attention.

Sounds like Visakhapatnam is getting developed through SEZ. Wipro, Satyam etc establishing their hubs at Rushikonda too. |

Sounds like Visakhapatnam is getting developed through SEZ. Wipro, Satyam etc establishing their hubs at Rushikonda too. |
Vizag already started eating away into neighbouring Vijayanagaram district. VUDA/VMDA has plans to linkup both Visakhapatnam and Vijayanaragam districts. |

Don't you think it is a bit far away for VUDA/VMDA point of view. But the gap can be filled by development in between. |
