I belong to east godavary and interested to invest in Rajahmundry or Kakinada. Even thogh I belong to this area, recent years I lost touch due to my overseas assignments. Can any body suggest some good places to invest in these areas. I am ready to invest upto 10-12 lakhs. ('Cool')

Any investment in middle class towns is a good investment. You can invest in either Kakinada or Rajahmundry. Both are middle class towns and are coming up fast. With your money for long term planning both the places are good. But take care of proper approvals and documentation. This is very important.
In Kakinada Pithapuram side or Yaanam side should go up. In Rajahmundry Divan Cheruvu, Rajanagaram side is having bright future.

Hyderabad real estate price gone up very high. Visakhapatnam prices wentup reasonably high. Kakinda and Rajahmundry realestate prices wentup so far only moderately. Is that your understanding? VSB Reddy Garu? Please give input.
