Are Govt arrangements for Krishna Pushkarams satisifactory?

Government Officials and Social Organizations are trying hard to make sure that the Krishna Pushkaram's go in a smooth manner. But with the recent deaths due to a small accident and later the Government suspending and transferring some officials, doubts began to arise.

Government gave over publicity about pushkaram festival. But they did not bother about people who go to pushkaram festival. They did not provide toilets near pushkar points. If they secrete near river, river water gets more polluted.
