Police killed civil liberties leader

Police killed Mahbubnagar district civil rights leader K. Kanakachari by name of Narsa tigers. In past also police had done killings by names of Green tigers, Kranthi sena etc. Kanakachari is also karuvu porata samithi leader. Kanakachari is resident of Balajinagar in Mahbubnagar. In past, he also worked as leader of Andhra Pradesh Teachers Federation. Civil rights activists are opposing fake encounters but not supporting naxalites. Killing civil rights activists is a brutal work.

What is this Narsa Cobra? I havent heard of this organization before. It is too low to kill a civil liberties leader. If the police did that, they are the lowest of any species on this earth. They are not even brave enough to claim what they did and why they did.
