customer service of Sify internet broad band service.

The customer service of Sify is very very poor in the area of Pattabhi reddy gardens, visakhaptanam. Recentrly in rains, the service was out of order for one week. No one will responce to the telephone calls and even to the personal complaints. The service staff at the local office of Muralai nagar will not bather the customer's complaints. They simply replies that " we will attend". But no one will take care. But they are very prompt in bills collection. Even today (19-Aug-05), we are having the problem of service. The net work is not under service since 18-08-05. Called many times by telephone to attend the complaint. And today my wife personally went to office and cried for the service. The great technician came to house and saw after 6 hours of her complaint, and informed as there is a problem at the external cable-line and would be rectified soonly. Now 4 hours are passed away. No result in rectifying the service. In fact I am working in Dubai, and my family is staying at Vizag. We use this internet for our conversation. Today and yester day off for me. Because of this improper and careless-ness service we could not perform our conversations and family meetings.
This is quite frequently happening and no sify staff caring and not under standing the customers problems..
Please M/s Sify, do immediate actions to control this kind of problem to the customers.
