Post subject: Dictatorship of Razole RTC DM and STI

APS RTC Razole Depo Manager and Senior Traffic Inspector are dictators. Recently they had suspended an innocent conductor who argued with them.

Actually happened incident is
Bus should start from Sakhinetipalli ferry. Time is over to start the bus. Bus conductor noticed mechanised boat starting from Narasapur ferry(other side of Sakhinetipalli ferry). There are large number of people in that boat. Conductor ordered driver not to start the bus until the mechanised boats reaches Sakhinetipalli ferry so that they can load those passengers who alight from boat into the bus. According to rules bus should start after ticket issuing is completed. But due to time problem, they started the bus before ticket issuing is completed. On the way DM and STI of Razole depo saw that bus and stopped it for checking. Next stage is around 3.5 KMs far from there. Few tickets are left to be punched. DM and STI scolded conductor by asking why did they start bus without completing ticket punching. Conductor replied that bus is delayed and it is not possible every time to start the bus only after completing ticket punching. DM and STI asked why did they delay the bus. Conductor replied that they waited for mechanised boat for loading large number of passengers. DM and STI did not accept his reply and made baseless arguements. Conductor also argued that there is nothing fault in him. DM and STI used abusive words like bas*tard etc on conductor and suspended him.

Its very bad to hear such bad news happenening with good people by bad people. Its good that we are aware of such bad things inspite of we being very good. Good and bad are only perceptions of incidents evaluated on varied platforms. There is no good or bad in absolute sence.

For example, most of the people see me as BAD, but I am infact good !..

... Any way, we pray good to convert all bad to good and not letting good to become bad. Razz

RTC is facing heavy losses by improper patronage. There is nothing fault in that conductor who tried to load more people. If officers behave so foolishly, RTC cannot increase it's patronage.

If there are no such sincere conductors, RTC will face heavy losses and government will privatise it. Around 400 autos are running in Sakhinetipalli and Malikipuram mandals. Lot of matador vans are running from Sakhinetipalli ferry to Tatipaka Junction. Some times i have seen busses running 90% empty between Sakhinetipalli and Razole. Razole Depo Manager and STI who abused and suspended sincere conductor must be suspended.
