Finally Mr. Manohar - the person who murdered Sri Lakshmi in the college premises has surrendered before the police.

I think he has no other choice to surrender. However it is surprising that the police took a long time in finding him but could not catch.

Manohar surrendered because there is no money at him to live in other area if he escapes. Devils like Manohar should be hanged to death in public. So that people who see that incident dont commit such crimes. In some islamic and buddhist countries laws are very strict. If any one commits murder he will be penalised to death. If any one commits theft his hands will be removed. Person will be punished even few evidences are found against him. There no one can escape from law. Almost no people commit crimes in those countries.

Chinese law is very much better than Indian law.
