RTC should have rules for contracts

APS RTC is giving shops and canteens in bus stations for lease on contract basis. There are cases of same individual gaining contract multiple times or taking up multiple shops at a time. In Palakollu bus station, one woman took 3 shops and 1 canteen for lease. Quality of items cooked in the canteen is not so good. She is also not giving proper importance to cleanliness and flies are often seen in the canteen. That canteen will not improve unless contractor of that canteen is changed. RTC should introduce rule that individual who gained contract once for canteen or shop is not eligible to get contract again and also single individual shold not take up mutiple contracts at time. Many people try for chances. 1 individual should get only 1 chance and only 1 time.
