Rs 10 thousand crores for development of towns

Central minister of Urban development Selja said in Nellore that she will release Rs 10 thousand crores for developing towns. In our state they are going to construct houses with Rs 279.80 crores under Rajiv Gruha Kalpa scheme. In Nellore district they sanctioned 5240 houses. All over India they are going to construct 7.87 lakhs individual latrines and 59 community latrines. They are going to construct 14.94 lakhs sanitation units. In 3 of the muncipalities of Nellore district they are going to spend Rs 67.51 crores for improving infrastructure.

Corrupt officers eat money and they have support of politicians. Otherwise towns would develop like cities and villages would develop like towns.

If they sell properties of present and former corrupt muncipal chairpersons, they can get lot of money for urban development.
